This is for the couple that already has a handle on their wedding suppliers & just need guidance & assistance with the implementation of their wedding ideas.
THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES:
- A complimentary initial consultation with bridal couple
- Email correspondence and telephonic support prior to your wedding day
- A wedding planning meeting to discuss your wedding ceremony, pre drink and reception plans. Final wedding ceremony and reception arrangements will be discussed.
- Implementation of hiring items and suppliers – design and create look-book for couple to give to their setup crew on the day.
- Managing the order of events for your wedding day by assisting with the preparation of the wedding timeline and checklists prior to your wedding.
ADDITIONAL FEE:
- Should bridal couple wish to have coordination assistance during set-up of the event on the day an additional fee per hour will be charged.
